Type Locality: Cuba, Matanzas, near Cárdenas.

Vernacular Names: Cuban Evening Bat.

Distribution: Cuba.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 – Not evaluated; not considered in IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001).

Discussion: Apparently distinct from humeralis; see Hall (1981), but also see Varona (1974).
