ISSUES OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT DURING THE TURKISH EMPIRE

This article describes the new research results on the creation of the Turkish khanate, which is considered one of the powerful states of the early Middle Ages, the division of the state into two parts, and the issues of local governance in them.
