SYMBIOTIC INTEGRATION OF UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS 9 AND 16 IN THE UKRAINIAN MODEL OF ANTI-CORRUPTION EFFORTS

Abstract. This chapter aims to characterise how digital solutions contribute to the 
transformation of public sector management, aligning with the objectives of Sustainable 
Development Goals (SDGs) 9 and 16.
The research methodology is grounded in a combination of scientific inquiry methods, 
encompassing analytical analysis, phenomenological and descriptive comparative methods, as well 
as the method of synthesis. Additionally, the research employs the hypothetico-deductive method,
along with statistical analysis.
The findings in this chapter highlight the significance of the symbiotic combination of 
Sustainable Development Goals 9 and 16 in Ukraine's anti-corruption model. The active development 
of innovative infrastructure and digital technologies in Ukraine plays a pivotal role in modernizing 
the economy and fostering sustainable growth. The integration of digital innovations contributes to 
increased transparency and efficiency in the management of government institutions and business 
processes, thereby reducing opportunities for corruption.
The originality of this reserch lies in the fact that the authors scientifically analyzed the essence 
and content of the Information System for Monitoring the Implementation of State Anti-Corruption 
Policy for the first time. It is emphasized that the Information System with its innovative technologies 
strengthens strong institutions and contributes to more effective efforts to fight corruption. The 
availability of this system for every citizen emphasizes its vital role in reducing the level of corruption 
and promoting sustainable development in Ukraine.
