Observation of a natural holographic optical phenomenon

In 2015, this author witnessed an unknown optical event occurring outdoors and happened to have a camera on hand. Presented here for a first time are the original footage as well as an observer report and analysis, along with supplemental materials. The article draws some conclusions, namely that the optical phenomenon had holographic and optically-nonlinear properties, also that a theory can be explored using environmental-exposure and environmental-medium scenarios. A following paper will pursue a different theory and offer more context about the event. This paper is intended for peer-review and the author will accept any comments, feedback, or reviews.
