PRIORITY AREAS OF EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN THE RAILWAY SYSTEM

Railway transport plays an important role in meeting the needs of the population, in the economy of the country, in its operation and in the development of the transport market. In this thesis, the prospects for the development of the railway sector, the trends in the development of the theory of quality in railway transport were studied and considered. The development trends of this system were studied through effective organization of personnel management in the railway sector.
