Abstract— The purpose of this research study is to introduce a novel method of staff management using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for face detection and recognition. Our solution, which is cantered on warehouse operations, quickly and accurately recognizes staff faces and retrieves their information from a database to automate the recording of attendance. Our goal is to transform conventional approaches through the utilization of CNN algorithms, providing smooth integration and enhanced operational effectiveness.
