Description
The purpose of this article is to identify the benefits of psychological influence on athletes when preparing for competitions. When preparing for a specific competition, the athlete’s task is to reach the level at which his psychological state will be most effectively and reliably expressed in his behavior and actions. When forming a mindset for the upcoming activity, the athlete must clearly understand the possibilities and also set specific goals for himself. In addition, mental readiness also depends on the level of competition in competitions
