Description
This deliverable report describes the ASICs that were fabricated in CMOS 130nm for the workpackage 11.3. A full engineering run was fabricated yielding hundreds of chips necessary for detector prototypes. The fabrication was initiated in may 2023 and the wafers came back from foundry in January 2024.
