The effect of Coulomb interactions on acoustic oscillations in the outer layers of low-mass stars

This Symposium (IAUS 365) brought together solar and stellar physicists investigating the dynamics of convection zones and lower atmospheres. It was dedicated to observational and theoretical aspects of the hydrodynamics and magnetohydrodynamics of the solar and stellar convection zones and lower atmospheres, both global and local, with the inclusion of numerical simulations as a particular branch of theoretical research.
