Quiet Quitting: Is it a Trend Among Metro Manila Professionals?

Professionals quietly leaving their jobs without giving notice has become more common in recent years. This phenomenon, known as "quiet quitting," has been observed in countries all over the world, but it is especially common in Metro Manila, Philippines. There are a variety of reasons why professionals in Metro Manila may choose to leave their jobs quietly.
