Others may simply be seeking a new challenge. Whatever the reason, quiet quitting can have a significant impact on Metro Manila businesses. When employees leave quietly, they frequently leave their unfinished projects behind, causing chaos and disruption for the rest of the team. They may also take sensitive information with them, jeopardising the company's reputation. We will investigate the phenomenon of quiet quitting in Metro Manila in this paper. We will talk about why professionals choose to quietly quit, the impact quiet quitting has on businesses, and what businesses can do to prevent quiet quitting. We believe that this research will provide beneficial insights into a growing trend that is having a significant impact on Metro Manila's workplace.
