Description
LEAP's Bylaws detail and outline the following: roles and responsibilities of the Center Directors; committee membership and responsibilities; funding review panel; external committees; Director's Council; process for changing of Directors; and staff roles and responsibilities and reporting.
LEAP's Bylaws will be updated and versioned on a periodic basis. The current version is V3, dated April 2023.
