Description
Nabu is a tomography software aiming at being both versatile and high-performance.
It offers many features for absorption and phase-contrast tomography: pre-processing, phase retrieval methods, alignment, reconstruction, and many pipeline optimizations.
While its processing pipeline is tailored for ESRF, its individual components can be re-used through a flexible API.
