The use of digital technologies in tourism is the use of digital tools in planning, organizing, controlling and enjoying the trip, a set of electronic services provided to travelers before, during and after the trip. For this reason, more than 95 percent of tourists today plan their trips online and use digital resources during their vacations This article examines the benefits and importance of digitalization in the tourism industry.
