KENYA. 37♂♂, 20♀♀: C.S., Mwingi, Nguni, 07.iv.2004, Leg. M. Snížek (35♂♂, 18♀♀: RBINS; 1♂, 1♀: NHMW; 1♂, 1♀: MSPC).
REMARKS.
After the examination of the type of Anomala chanleri Linell, 1895 it is deemed conspecific with Anomala cludtsi Limbourg, 2005. Therefore, the latter species becomes a new junior subjective synonym.
The colour of the pronotum of Anomala chanleri Linell, 1895 is variable, either black or reddish, the latter colour might indicate freshly emerged specimens.
