Description

Distribution of cyanotoxins and cyanotoxin biosynthesis genes in Alpine region determined by LC-MS/MS and (q)PCR. Cyanotoxins and cyanotoxin genes are mapped on separate layers, and two basemaps are available (simple and relief). Results can be filtered by location, sample type, water body type, cyanotoxins and cyanotoxin genes. Note that cyanotoxin analyses were not performed on all sampling points.
