БІОХІМІЧНІ ТА ІМУНОЛОГІЧНІ МЕТОДИ ДІАГНОСТИКИ ГЕПАТИТУ В І С
Description
The paper illustrates the results of determination of HBsAg and HCV occurrence in patients blood serum with suspecting viral hepatitis (VH) by usage of immunochromatographic (IC) express-tests of ―Farmasko‖ company. This gives the opportunity to identify the presence of HBV and HCV viruses, and to diagnose VH. IC express-tests results on HBsAg showed 10 (5%) patients analyses out of 201 to be positive for the presence HBV. IC analysis was verified by immunoenzyme analysis (IEA) in 80% patients. IC express-tests results on HCV displayed 46 patients samples (13.6%) out of 343 to be positive on HCV occurrence. IC analysis was verified by immunoenzyme analysis (IEA) in 68% patients. Thus, IC express-tests can not be the sufficient grounds to diagnose hepatitis. If IC is positive, one has to perform IEA as well, to verify or to reject the previous results.
