Description
- Updated scripts for improved readability and flexibility.
- Fixed minor typo in '03-filter_frgs_gc.sh' that used an outdated file to filter problematic regions of the genome (i.e., blacklisted regions and genomic gaps). The genomic gaps files had inadvertently been filtered to only include telomeric and centromeric regions.
- Fixed minor typo in '04-bin5mb.sh' in 'sort' command was reference the wrong column for base pair overlap.
- After re-running analysis pipeline, we confirmed there were no changes in the overall results or conclusions of the original analysis.
