The current stage of development of the educational system of Uzbekistan is characterized by the desire to integrate the latest technologies and methods into the learning process. In particular, this concerns the teaching of the Russian language in schools. The article highlights the transition to innovative approaches in teaching the Russian language, focusing on the use of interactive whiteboards, digital resources and modern teaching methods that help increase the interest and motivation of students. The advantages and challenges associated with the implementation of these innovations and their impact on the process of developing language competence in schoolchildren are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to adapting the educational process to the needs of modern society and preparing students for the active use of the Russian language in real life.
