Description

This template data sharing agreement aims to enable data sharing between partner organisations seeking to collaborate on global health research studies. The template has been developed with the objective of being concise, equitable and easy to use, and to enable collaborating institutions to customise where needed so additional terms can be added to meet specific requirements.

How to use:

  • This agreement can be used when one institution would like to share data with researchers from another for research purposes
  • Throughout the document, we have highlighted areas which will need to be amended for specific research projects or purposes
  • This document is offered on an as-is basis without any representation or endorsement made and without liability or warranty of any kind.  When using and customising this document, we recommend you work with your organisation’s legal and/or contracts team.
