- Base folder "/" includes the main R and bash scripts to perform the analysis 
- Folder "data/" includes the data and related scripts for acquisition and preprocessing
- Folder "plotting/" includes scripts to generate plots
- Folder "robustnesss_tests/" includes scripts to perform robustness analysis
- Folder "notebooks/" includes notebooks used to perform supplementary analyses
- Folder "paper/" includes the manuscript's latex source code and related scripts to compile it
