pangenome-layout-dataset

The archived folder includes the CPU-generated (odgi-layout) and GPU-generated (odgi-layout-gpu) layouts and images for human pangenome chromosomes. 
It also includes a script to download all the dataset of human pangenome to support the reproduce of the experimental results.
