This report documents the management of the Project and its key administrative activities, which include, inter alia, the work of the Project’s three governing bodies – the General Assembly, Management Board and End-User Group.

The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of the Project. All Partners involved in the Project had one representative in the General Assembly, their respective voting powers (number of votes) corresponds to the scope of the Partner’s involvement in the Project (in person-months of work). The General Assembly met four times (one meeting per year), the meetings took place within Project meetings.

The Management Board (MB, steering committee) consists of the Project coordinator and the leaders of Work Packages or representatives of the different institutions. The MB supports the Project coordinator in operative project management. Management board closely collaborated throughout project duration. Management Board meetings were held on-line on a monthly basis, where possible, in person during regular Project meetings. Minutes of the Management Board meetings were uploaded into the ISTA system as part of the annual Interim reports.

Representatives of the main project target groups – industrial companies interested in the CCS technology, policy makers and regulators form the End-User Group, which serves as the Project’s main advisory body. The aim of the End-User Group meeting during the project was to present the results of the project to this group and to get valuable feedback from stakeholders on the progress and the future practical applicability of its results.

According to the Detailed Description of Work Packages (Annex to the Partnership Agreement), seven project meetings were planned in the premises of the partners but only four were organized face-to-face in Bergen, Brno, Hodonín and Ostrava due to COVID pandemic situation. The first and second meetings were held online only. The project meetings played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful Project completion.
