Description
This is a compiled version of MESA 4 - suitable for computers with Windows 11 Enterprise. Its version number is 4.0.3-alpha. This version is therefore more suitable for internal testing. More information is available on the project ReadMe. It works and it delivers a sensitivity analysis according to the MESA method. A full release of this code will replace the online cloud-based version of MESA.
The main program is user_interface.exe. Start this one first. Test data is included.
