Cell_Migration_Analysis.py (Python 3.9.18) The software allows the plotting and analysis of 3D cell migration tracking datasets. The defined metrics include persistence, diffusivity, correlation, deviation, and mean squared displacements (MSD). The tracking dataset is arranged in the following format.
