Description

This is an archive of the publicly accessible GitLab repository (https://gitlab.in2p3.fr/ete/covidici_public) containing source code for the French Covid-19 forecasting software known as "COVIDici".  It contains scripts and data that accompanies the manuscript "Real-time forecasting of COVID-19-related hospital strain in France using a non-Markovian mechanistic model". Source code used to power the web dashboard is provided as well as code used to produce the model estimates, baseline model forecasts and the evaluation scoring methods used in the article.
