Description

We have developed a suite of tools that allow the user to download forced photometry ATLAS light curves of transients through an API and to clean and bin the light curve with a series of methods. We provide a method to use control light curves close to the transient to estimate efficiencies and contamination of nearby sources. As an example, this is applied to detect bumps and features (e.g. pre-SN eruptions) in ATLAS data.
