Notes (English)

nick and plateau are other test functions that were not used in the paper.

Convergence plots for test score versus objective function evaluations are
generated by "plot_convergence*.py" found in each model's top level directory.
The "score.txt" file logs the above convergence after every 1000 evaluations,
however a more detailed log can be found in "run_*_score.txt" (corresponding
to the stdout from each run).

Contour plots of the learned surrogate model, and plots of the original
function (i.e. "truth") and solved extrema, are generated by "plot_func.py"
found in each individual "run directory". Termination points are saved in the
"stop" archive; all objective function evaluations are in the "demo" archive.
