Overview of content:

'output' - contains key output variables in netCDF, mostly in global annual means
'analysis_scripts' - contains the key analysis scripts in python, including plotting scripts; date and title in script header are not necessarily correct. Some scripts include non-optimized code and have been developed with a practical focus to obtain rapidly results  
'analysis_scripts/toolbox.py' -  contains a list of utility functions
'analysis_scripts/pip_freeze.txt' - look-up table for python package version numbers 
'forcing_data' - contains pathway forcing in .csv and .nc files
'run_scripts' - contains the runscripts for MPI-ESM model for the various pathways and periods
