Inspecting the Role of Strategic Foresight in Organizational Leadership

This qualitative study investigates the impact of strategic planning techniques on leadership in dynamic contexts. It examines the usefulness of strategic foresight for organizational leaders through case studies and content analysis. The research suggests that leaders who practice strategic foresight regularly may better anticipate changes and adjust to them. This capability fosters their proactive decision-making and strategic planning skills. The findings of this study indicate that CEOs who foster a culture of foresight enable their companies to welcome change and seize new possibilities. This may lead to higher levels of resilience and sustainability. The findings also highlight the power of strategic foresight in directing businesses toward success. This research emphasizes the critical role that strategic foresight plays in forming effective organizational leadership practices. It advances the discipline and establishes a foundation for further study in this domain.
