ULTRASOUND DUPLEX SCANNING IN THE DIAGNOSTICS OF NEUROVASCULAR DISORDERS IN LUMBAR SPINE DORSOPATHIES

Description

Purpose: Comparison of functional examination methods in clinical and neurological changes of vertebrogenic lumbar radiculopathy. Material and methods. To solve the assigned problems, 180 people were examined. For further scientific research, the patients were divided into three groups.. The patient's age ranged from 17 to 70 years.
RESALT: taking into account the specified tasks, the following parameters were determined: the highest systolic velocity (YuST) - the maximum linear velocity of blood flow in systole; end diastolic velocity (ODT) - linear velocity of blood flow in diastole; resistance index (QI) is calculated by.
Conclusion: the same decrease in peak systolic velocity (PSV) and end-diastolic velocity (EDV) in the distal leg was detected in patients of the first and second subgroups, which confirmed the presence of neurovascular diseases of the legs. After treatment, patients in the second subgroup experienced an increase in CST and ODT compared to patients in the first subgroup, which indicated normalization of peripheral blood flow and vascular tone. Thus, diaphlan contributed to the restoration of hemodynamics and normalization of peripheral vascular tone in patients with radicular MD syndrome.
