Optimization of crop distributions spatially in China

The files include source codes of optimizing spatial distributions of crops in China under future climate change and all relevant data in this study.

Here, we used an evolutionary many-objective optimization algorithm, non-dominanted sorting genetic algorithm III (NSGA-III) to optimize crop distributions with three main objectives and three key constraints. It requires county-based input data simulated by LPJ-GUESS model (version 4.1.1, https://zenodo.org/records/8065737).
