Review of the bacterial Genera known to show anti-Bd properties

This dataset provides an exhaustive list of bacterial genera that have been tested in the laboratory to explore the immune function of the amphibian skin microbiome. Of them, 86 have demonstrated inhibitory capacities against the pathogen Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd), while 4 were found to have no impact. This dataset is the result of an exhaustive bibliographical review, which has identified 13 relevant studies published until 2023.
