Equitable Multi-Interval (re)Location-Allocation (EMILA) models: codes and scalabilty analysis

This Zenodo repository provides the two-stage stochastic 0-1 integer linear programming models used in the research of the paper entitled "A stochastic programming model for ambulance (re)location-allocation under equitable coverage and multi-interval response time" by Gago-Carro, I., Aldasoro, U., Ceberio, J. and Merino, M.. This paper has been published in Expert Sytems with Applications (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.eswa.2024.123665). The confidentiality agreement with the Basque Public EMS system reserves the right not to disclose their data. Therefore, the data provided in this repository is not the one used in the research, but is an example of a small size. In addition, this Zenodo repository also contains supplementary material of the scalability analysis carried out.
