Development map of the complex of integrated marketing communications for ICT companies

The subject of the research is the strategies and tools for implementing a complex of integrated
marketing communications (CIMC) as the mechanism for increasing the effectiveness of the marketing
strategy at Internet communication and technological enterprises (ICT enterprises). The study focuses
on the analysis of the CIMC Development Map, which allows for the systematization and optimization
of communication processes with target audiences.
The purpose of writing the article is to identify key aspects and advantages of using the CIMC
Development Map as a universal tool for realizing marketing strategies at ICT enterprises, as well as
analyzing potential paths for its optimization.
The methodology of the study encompasses a comprehensive analysis and synthesis of existing
approaches to the formation and implementation of CIMC, the use of analytical methods to evaluate
the effectiveness of various marketing communication tools, and the practical application of the
proposed Map on practical examples.
The study results reveal the key benefits of using the CIMC Implementation Map, including the
enhancement of communication campaign effectiveness, optimization of marketing budgets, and
ensuring the consistency of marketing messages. The research also offers recommendations for
adapting CIMC strategies to the specificities of different types of enterprises and market conditions.
