Energy Data-X Sovereign Data Exchange in the German Energy Sector

The energy data-X consortium is establishing a highly efficient, cross-sectoral data ecosystem as a prototype for all market partners in the energy and adjacent sectors
on basis of GAIA-X. Thus enabling an increase in innovation and competitiveness through secure, self-determined, and standardized data exchange. This initiative
is set to increase collaboration and productivity by creating digital value chains and by facilitating sovereign data exchange. The core objective of this project centers aroundtwo pivotal use cases: firstly, the integration of Smart Meter Gateway (SMGW) into the data space, and secondly, enhancing operational flexibility with electrical vehicles through the implementation of automated processes.
