Description

This framework provides guidance by establishing the normative foundations of OS, making explicit the ethical and epistemic issues of OS, raising epistemic/normative questions as guideposts for discussion, providing recommendations to stakeholders for addressing the challenges and offers a method for improving decision-making in the context of specific goals/tasks.
