Material. Nepal: Holotypus, male (under the description, aedeagus is not present): “Nepal 21.X.76 | Pokhara 12” “Preparation microscopique” “HOLOTYPE” “ Carpelimus nepalicus (Coiffait, 1982) | rev. Gildenkov, 2007” “MUSEUM PARIS” (MNHN); 1 female: “ Nepal 21.X.79 [error in the label; must be: 21.X.76] | Pokhara 12” “PARATYPE” “ Carpelimus nepalicus (Coiffait, 1982) | rev. Gildenkov, 2007” “MUSEUM PARIS” (MNHN).
Additional material. Vietnam: 6 females, 2 specimens: “VIETNAM: Cuc Phuong Ninh binh, 3- 10.V.1966 Exp. Gy. TOPAL ” “Nr. 309 sifted bark of tree” (HNHM; 1 female, 1 specimen – cMG).
Remarks. The species was known from Nepal. It is is here reported from Vietnam for the first time. The last record confirms the Oriental distribution of the species.
