Description
The L1B Radiance Preprocess PGE takes as input imaging spectroscopy datasets in their native formats and converts them to a common set of file types for downstream processing. Raw sensor data are processed to orthorectified calibrated radiance. Preprocessing is supported for five sensors: AVIRIS Classic, AVIRIS Next Generation, DESIS, PRISMA, and EMIT. Processing steps vary by sensor. Output files hold a radiance (microWatts cm-2 sr-1) data cube, observational information, and pixel locations in ENVI format along with metadata in JSON format and a quicklook image. This repository holds an archive of the source code (sister*.tar.gz) with full Common Workflow Language (CWL) per the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Best practice document (https://docs.ogc.org/bp/20-089r1.html): a docker container (ogc*.tar.gz) and a process file (*.cwl).
