eflows4hpc/image_creation: Final eFlows4HPC Release

This release is the final release of the component included in the last eFlows4HPC Software stack release In this release we have included the management of deb and pip packages together with the spack packages supported in the previous version. We have also included the possibility to run as a library to better integrate with CI/CD, and other imporvements from the proposed from DT_GEO project, such as supporting requirements.txt files and showing the available architectures.
