Abstract
Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We describe a review process of such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin, and discuss their outcome. The dataset under review (aka globalbioticinteractions/usda2023) has size XXXMiB and contains XXX interactions with XXX unique types of associations (e.g., XXX) between XXX primary taxa (e.g., XXX) and XXX associated taxa (e.g., XXX). The report includes detailed summaries of interactions data as well as a taxonomic review from multiple perspectives.
Please note that the pilot contributors have opted to keep their review, metadata and data private. This means that none of the review products are publicly available, and the abstract was redacted.
