Accession of the Convention of the Hague 2019 to the European Union. Integration and harmonization of civil and commercial decisions

The present paper is based on the analysis of the adhesion of the Convention of the Hague of 2019 in the European Union system. An analysis of some important articles relating to what the convention will offer in the field of European procedural harmonization is one of the reference points of this article. Harmonization and integration of the European system are once again the main point of analysis through articles that come from the works of the Hague Conference.
