Abstract: This paper conducts a quindecinnial bibliometric analysis titled "Quantifying Employee Engagement in Asian Nations" using VOS viewer and Bibliometrix software. Examining 415 papers from the Web of Science database (2008-2023), it identifies top Asian contributors, explores factors influencing engagement, assesses India's position, recognizes global top-cited countries, evaluates prolific authors and institutions, identifies preferred journals, and analyzes emerging topics. This analysis is a valuable resource for understanding employee engagement research dynamics in the Asian context.
