The Effectiveness and Attitudes of Teachers of the First three Grades Towards Educational Platforms

Abstract:  This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness and attitudes of male and female teachers in the first three grades. among the students of the first three grades in the city of Aqaba, in addition to revealing the extent to which there is a difference between their viewpoints depending on: gender, academic qualification, and teaching experience. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method to conduct the study. The results of the study concluded that the effectiveness and attitudes of the male and female teachers of the first three grades Those who teach students in the first three grades in the city of Aqaba came at a high level, with an arithmetic average for all questionnaire items reaching (3.69). In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals.

فاعلية واتجاهات معلمو ومعلمات الصفوف الثلاث الاولى نحو المنصات التعليمية

 الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية واتجاهات معلمي ومعلمات الصفوف الثلاث الاولى. لدى طلبة الصفوف الثلاث الاولى في مدينة العقبة، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن مدى وجود اختلاف بين وجهات نظرهم باختلاف: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التدريسية، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإجراء الدراسة، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنّ فاعلية واتجاهات معلمي ومعلمات الصفوف الثلاث الاولى الذين يدرسّون طلبة الصفوف الثلاث الاولى في مدينة العقبة جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، وبمتوسط حسابي لجميع فقرات الاستبانة بلغ (3.69)، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، قدّمت الباحثة عدداً من التوصيات والمقترحات.
