Description
En el trabajo se da a conocer el proceso de oposición durante el reinado de Carlos IV para proveer la plaza de fiel contraste de Corte tras la muerte del orive Blas Correa. La documentación procede del Archivo General de Simancas, y a partir del expediente hemos podido ver el proceso que se hizo frecuente para cubrir este tipo de vacantes tras la creación, por parte de Felipe V, de la Junta de Comercio y Moneda. Se estudia la convocatoria de la oposición, los aspirantes, los "curricula" que enviaron, de gran interés por los datos que nos ha permitido conocer de un amplio número de artífices.
Abstract (English)
The work reveals the process of opposition during the reign of Charles IV to provide the square of faithful contrast to the Court after the death of Orive Blas Correa. The documentation comes from the General Archive of Simancas, and from the file we have been able to see the process that became frequent to fill this type of vacancies after the creation, by Felipe V, of the Board of Commerce and Currency. The call for the opposition, the applicants, the "curricula" they sent are studied, of great interest due to the data that has allowed us to learn about a large number of architects.
