Reads ( ONT, Hi-C, Pore-C, Illumina ) used in the GFAse publication

This repository holds a table of the reads used in the GFAse paper titled:  Phased nanopore assembly with Shasta and modular graph phasing with GFAse ( preprint: doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.02.21.529152 ). 

Also included is the assembly is for Sepia bandensis using ONT reads from adult male testes tissue, sampled September 22, 2019.
