INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION IN UKRAINE:ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL PERSPECTIVE

The monograph addresses pertinent issues related to the utilization of
interactive technologies in education in Ukraine, exploring fundamental concepts and their types. It
focuses on their administrative-legal aspects within the context of global trends. The purpose of this
research delves into the pedagogical aspects of employing interactive technologies in the educational
process, such as brainstorming, interactive, simulation, and imitation methods. The objective is to
analyze the normative-legal framework regulating the use of interactive technologies in the
educational space and identify managerial aspects in their implementation. The findings illuminate
the managerial facets of integrating interactive technologies, potential obstacles, and opportunities
arising within the framework of administrative leadership and legal regulation of their use in
education in Ukraine. Literature review and methodology. The issue of using interactive methods
remains a subject of attention for both domestic and foreign experts in the fields of pedagogy and
psychology. Scholars such as K. Vazinak, O. Glotova, M. Klarin, L. Moroz, K. Nor, O. Pekhota, H.
Pyatakova, V. Simonov, N. Talizina, S. Yakovenko, O. Yaroshenko, T. Yatsenko, and others have
already investigated the educational, developmental, and psychological aspects of the interactive
methods' potential and their effective utilization. The prospects of applying interactive methods and
technologies to enhance the effectiveness of teaching social sciences, particularly legal disciplines,
have been the subject of study by researchers such as K. Bahanova, L. Pyrozhenko, O. Pometun, T. Remekh, L. Ryabovol. The results of the investigation. The research outcomes will contribute to
the development of effective strategies for the implementation and further advancement of interactive
technologies in education, aligning with administrative and legal standards. Conclusions and
suggestions. Interactive technologies in the field of education are considered as methods and tools
that facilitate active interaction among participants in the learning process. They create an interactive
learning environment, promoting the exchange of ideas, task solving, and material exploration.
Interactivity in pedagogy is defined as purposefully organized cognitive activity with an emphasis on
social orientation. Information and communication technologies (ICT) define the modern educational
landscape, providing means for creating, storing, transmitting, processing, and managing information.
These technologies, as pedagogical tools, are employed in the educational process and are regarded
as a key component of pedagogical technologies.
