  • 1. ROR icon University of Cambridge

Description

In this tutorial the participants had the opportunity to learn step-by-step how to tag an endogenous gene using CRISPR/Cas9 to be used to explore its downstream partners and ultimately its functional activity. The participants were also introduced to commercial tools available to design and implement CRISPR/Cas9 strategies.
