CMI-PB/2021-Ab-titer-data-normalisation: Antibody titer data normalzation for 1st CMI-PB challenge
Description
We performed 2020 and 2021 Ab titer data normalization using the median at day 0 separately and made this data available for 1st CMI-PB challenge.
Steps are:
- Set missing values to the limit of detection
- Divide MFI values for a given Ig isotype and antigen pair by the overall median in a given dataset for the day 0 values
