Description

PBK model files (R) used in the ALTERNATIVE project for doxorubicin (DOX_PBK_2.18.R), amitriptyline (Amitriptyline.R), TBBPA (TBBPA.R) and rotenone (Rotenone.R). Included is a modified version of httk (httkfb2.tar) with added heart and adipose compartments to run the simulations.
