Annang Indigenous Apprenticeship Education: An Alternative to Western Education for the Development of Annangland
Description
This article draws attention to the fact that Western Education has deprived Nigerians in general and Annang people of Akwa Ibom State the right kind of education where students learn on the job and on graduation could start a business of their own and employ other apprentices to learn from him, but instead turns African students on graduation to job seekers roaming the streets to seek for non existing jobs. The article advocated the need to return to the African indigenous apprenticeship scheme for the develpment of Annang land.
